Super Green Nano Tech Tankless hot water generators; THWG-3000, 4000, 6000 and THWG-8000 series are a new generation of electric tankless hot water generators. Super Green THWG units are the first electric tankless hot water generators to utilize the patented Super Green Logic technology to combine the efficiency of non-metallic Quartz heating elements together with the accuracy of a PID Temperature Controller to achieve temperatures within +/-1 Degree F. Our new hot water generators were designed for Safety, Dependability, Reliability and Economy to provide maintenance-free continuous hot water for many years, while being the most Environmentally Friendly as well.

Super Green Nano Tech Tankless hot water generators do not store water like a conventional tank-type water heater. They contain multiple high powered quartz heating tube elements that are capable of heating water "on-demand" and continuously as needed, so you will never have to worry about running out of hot water again.

Super Green Nano Tech Tankless THWG-3000, 4000, 6000 and THWG-8000 series working principle and design are simple. When the power is turned on, the microprocessor will check the temperature sensor and current leakage sensor, if there are not errors, the hot water generator is ready to work.

When you open the hot water valve, the flow sensor activates at a minimum water flow of 0.5 GPM. The flow sensor sends the information to the temperature controller to begin modulating the heating elements to heat the water as it passes through the Quartz heating tubes to maximize efficiency.

The on-board temperature controller is an intelligent microprocessor which is programmed to read the outlet temperature sensor and compare with the set temperature to provide the exact power modulation to the quartz heating elements in order to reach the set water temperature within +/-1 degree F within seconds.

If the water flow rate exceeds the maximum heating capacity of the unit, the unit will reach a maximum achievable temperature (within a few degrees of the set temperature). When a reduction in the excessive hot water flow rate is made, the unit will achieve and maintain the set temperature point.

When the fixture(s) is/are closed, the demand stops, the flow sensor sends information to the controller to turn off the power to the quartz heating elements. The unit remains in standby mode until the demand for the hot water is needed. .

Super Green Nano Tech Tankless introduces the first fully automatic modulating on-demand Tankless Hot Water Generator (THWG) Series. Using the latest technology of Quartz Infra-Red Heating Elements and intelligent PID Temperature Controller. Model THWG-4000 is best suited for apartments or condos, serving 1 or 2 outlets at a time with a capacity of 0.5 to 4 gpm. Model THWG-8000 is designed for the whole house and can be used for multiple outlets with capacity 0.5 to 8 gpm. It's for indoor installations and can be used in either residential or commercial applications.
